ONLYEV — DEALER LOGIN / ACTIVATION MVP

Build one branded dealer-login page on www.onlyev.com for our ~10 existing advertising dealers. Their inventory is already imported. This is NOT a fresh dealer signup or DMS rebuild.

1. Reuse the existing dealer records, auth system, inventory imports, and Stripe account. Manually approve each dealer's owner/manager email and optional SMS-capable phone, then link that user to the correct existing dealer ID before inviting them.
2. Use ONE reusable ONLYEV-branded page with the dealer's name/logo. The dealer chooses email OR phone, gets a one-time code, verifies it, and enters the dashboard. No password, website-entry form, or inventory upload.
3. Show only Inventory, Leads, and Billing. Inventory and leads must already be attached to that dealer. Keep existing lead delivery and inventory sync working.
4. Already paying? Show the existing active plan and Manage billing. Do not charge again. Not subscribed? Let them review their dashboard and explicitly activate $199/month advertising using Stripe Checkout. Use Stripe's customer portal for billing management.
5. Protect access by verified dealer membership, NOT the dealer name/slug in the URL. Another dealer's link must never expose their private leads or billing. Confirm subscription state with Stripe webhooks and prevent duplicate subscriptions.
6. Reconcile existing payments/trials before rollout. Pilot Motorpoint, then invite the rest. Track invited, logged in, and paid separately. Login alone is not a conversion.
