Got laid off?
Let’s build
your own shit.

Your skills didn’t disappear with your job. I’ll help you turn your experience into an original product and a practical launch plan.

What’s included

One specific customer.

One real problem.

One useful first product.

For established companies

Apply AI to
your business.

Customer follow-up, quotes, or repetitive admin. I love helping business owners find practical ways to use AI.

Start with a 45-minute AI strategy session for $750. Review one workflow and get a short action plan. Implementation quoted separately.

A clear starting point

Start with
a launch plan.

Bring the problem you want to solve. We’ll work through who would pay for a solution, why they would choose yours, and what the first version needs to do.

For product people, designers, engineers, salespeople, and operators ready to explore a business of their own. You can be employed, between jobs, or already building.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

  • A one-page product brief.

Your customer, their problem, and a clear reason to choose your product.

  • A focused MVP scope.

The smallest useful version we can test, with the later features set aside.

  • A customer test plan.

Who to approach, what to show them, and what would count as real interest.

  • A practical next step.

The work, estimated costs, and dependencies to review before committing to development.

One agreed scope. One agreed fee. This is a paid service. I’ll quote the work before we start. Prototyping, development, and launch support can be scoped separately.

From experience to a first product

Start small.
Put it in front of customers.

01 / FIND YOUR OPENING

Give people a reason to switch.

Choose a specific audience and something you can do better for them. That’s where a useful competitor starts.

02 / MAKE IT TANGIBLE

Build what you can test.

When we agree to build, I help shape the prototype or first product. We use AI tools where useful and check the result together.

03 / TEST THE OFFER

Listen to potential customers.

Put the offer in front of people who might pay. Use their response to decide whether to keep building, change direction, or stop.

Founder to founder

I build businesses.
I know the work.

I’m Adam. I run OnlyEV and Only Used Tesla. My work brings together sales, product decisions, customer acquisition, and working with developers to get products into people’s hands.

I want to help more people use what they know to build something of their own. We’ll focus on a real customer problem and a first version you can actually test.

You bring the experience. Let’s work out what to build with it.

A few fair questions

Before we start.

Can you help me launch a competitor?

Yes. We start with a specific customer and a reason they would choose your product. We develop original work using your skills and experience; we don’t need your former employer’s code, private data, or confidential materials.

Does the launch plan include building the product?

The first engagement covers the brief, MVP scope, customer test plan, and next-step estimate above. If development makes sense, we agree on deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and fees separately.

What if I’m still figuring out my idea?

Tell me what you know well and what people struggle with in that industry. We can start there. You don’t need to arrive with a finished product specification.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. Send me a short overview and your budget range if you have one. I’ll propose a clear fee and deliverables before you commit. Any software or development costs are discussed separately.

Let’s start with your idea

What do you want
to build?

Tell me who it’s for, what problem it solves, and where you need help. A short email is enough to start.
